1. Start eating protein rich food for white bands across the nails.
2. Deficiency of hydrochloric acid in your body causes nails to split.
3. Deficiency of vitamin B 12 in your diet can lead to dryness, rounded nails and curved ends & darkening of nails.
4. Eat food which is rich in zinc to prevent white spots on the nails.
5. Lots of milk intake will help you to strengthen your nails and improve your nail colour.
